Three-bedroom flat “Monte Oro”
Description
On the second floor of a building located in the Via Monte Oro, just 150 meters away from the touristic Harbour, you will find an elegant apartment of 60 square meters. The apartment consisted of a double room/bed, a double room with two single beds, a room with a double Bunk-bed, Living room with a kitchen where eventually you’ll be able to add an extra bed, Bathroom and a spacious Veranda from where you can have access to a beautiful view to the Arbatax’s Bay.
The stunning view to the Seaside is going to become part of your holidays: the day will start with a breakfast spent in the Veranda and is going to finish by reading a interesting book, without loosing eye contact with the Sea.
Equipment
In addition to make you comfortable during you meal, we also thought about your relax time, by providing the apartment with an cozy Sofa from where you will be able to watch the tv or use the Internet WiFi, by enjoying the fresh air of the nature or the cool one of the Air-condition.
In the back of the House there is a share spacious court where you will find the barbecue, the external showers to use after a day at the beach, the washing machine end the Clothes racks.
On the outside of the building there is also a Recycling Area for all the wastage.
The private parking lot is situated in the basement where we provide a car park for each apartment.
